Shipping Destinations

Prexela currently delivers across all major cities and towns in India.
During checkout, please enter your PIN code to confirm delivery availability in your area.

If courier services are unavailable at your location, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Note: At this time, we are unable to split a single order across multiple delivery addresses. If you wish to ship items to more than one destination, please place separate orders for each address.

Domestic Orders

We are delighted to offer Free Shipping across India on all domestic orders.

In certain cases, our logistics partners may request a valid ID proof at the time of delivery. This is primarily for high-value orders or when someone other than the original recipient is collecting the parcel, ensuring safe and verified delivery to the correct address.

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, Prexela works with trusted logistics partners including:
Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, and Pick-n-Del.

Important: If you notice that your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please decline to accept it and inform us immediately.

Secure & Safe Packaging

Each piece of jewellery undergoes multiple quality checks before it’s dispatched.
Once approved, the product is carefully packed in protective zip-lock pouches and placed inside Prexela’s signature jewellery box to ensure complete safety during transit.

We take pride in delivering your order securely, so you can enjoy a delightful unboxing experience every time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
You can track your order anytime by clicking on the “Track Order” option in the order confirmation email you received from COD King.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination; however, we strive to dispatch all orders within 5–7 working days of order confirmation.

We only partner with reputed courier services to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.

In rare cases where delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory actions, or government restrictions, we will notify you immediately. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be canceled and refunded through the original mode of payment.

Express Delivery

We offer an Express Delivery option for select products and locations, including:
Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for next-day delivery (NDD).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered within 2 working days (T+2).

  • Orders to other PIN codes will follow the standard 5–7 day delivery schedule.

  • If the next day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, delivery will be completed on the following working day.

Customers can view the estimated delivery date during checkout under the Express Delivery option.

Identity Verification for Delivery

To ensure secure delivery, recipients may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of receiving the parcel.
