At Prexela, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure your fashion jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. This Refund & Return Policy explains how to handle returns or exchanges for purchases made through our official website — www.prexela.com.
If You Receive a Damaged or Tampered Package
If your order arrives in poor condition or the packaging shows any signs of tampering, please do not accept the delivery. Capture a short video and at least 2 clear photos of the package and email them to us at admin@prexela.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we verify the submitted evidence, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Return Process

Reach out to our customer support team at admin@prexela.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or replacement request. -
Return Authorization:
You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions. -
Secure Packaging:
Repack the item in its original box with all tags intact. Clearly mention the RMA number on the outer label and ship it back to the address provided.
We recommend using a trackable courier service with proof of delivery.
Unless the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refund Processing

Once the returned product passes quality verification, your refund will be initiated within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used during purchase.

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Pay on Delivery (POD) (including UPI, cards, or wallets paid at the time of delivery), refunds will be issued as store credits only.

Terms & Conditions for Domestic Orders

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this window, returns cannot be accepted or modified.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Items that are worn, damaged, washed, faded, or carry any fragrance (e.g., perfume) will not be accepted.

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, a quality check will be performed. Upon successful verification, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days (excluding weekends).

Returns made without a valid request or outside the authorized process will not be accepted.

Prexela reserves the right to decline refunds for false claims or if the delivered product matches the order description and is undamaged.

Refunds will be credited only to the original payment source.

COD refunds will be provided as store credits only.

Products under a warranty period are eligible for store credits only—no cash refunds will apply.

Complimentary or free gift items are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched or shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order after shipment, the refund (after deducting shipping costs) will be provided as store credit for the article’s price only.

Special or festive offer items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
